How did the team function?

To be able to achieve good grades (distinction!), all the criteria’s given need to be fulfilled, therefore, as this assignment requires to be done in a group, the team has been formed, my team is called Elianto which includes me myself, Iffa, Piya and Farid.

Since we have a goal and different kind of talent and skills combined, we called this type of team; self-directed!

A self-directed work team (SDWT) is a group of people, who combine different skills and talents to work without the usual managerial supervision toward a common purpose or goal. Typically, an SDWT has somewhere between two and 25 members. 

As a group of four, we specify our own specialities, such as Iffa has good understanding on how Les Copaque product life cycle works, so she will be assigned to explain that i the assignment, while Piya loves calculation work and Farid likes to gives new and fresh ideas, as for me I love to imagine and designing parts.

From there, we divided all our task according to our specialities and abilities. We even created a group WhatsApp to easier to share information or ask each other's opinions.
